The authors investigated ten cases of diabetic mother undergoing caesarean section and their newborn babies to understand the relationship of glucose between mother and newborn baby, fluctuation of blood glucose level were related to the maternal
preoperative blood glucose level and the recovery time of the blood glucose level after anesthetic and surgical stress were about 30 minutes.
